Construction Monthly Progress and Locations

The new water main is installed on New York Avenue from A to E Streets.

Hastings Utilities has started on lead water service replacement on New York Avenue and will be working through the month starting at A Street and moving to E Street. The water main contractor is now in the process of tying over the non-lead water services to the new main in the same area.

Budget was approved to move next to Garfield Ave. B Street to E Street and 6th Street East Side Blvd. to 2nd Ave. Design and Bid process Fall/Spring, construction to start spring 2025 tentatively.
