The Public Information office is responsible for City Hall and Hastings Utilities social media, printed communications, media relations and non-police crisis communications.

    Communications Survey 2024

    In an effort to be as effective and efficient as possible when it comes to communication, the City of Hastings is conducting this 12-question survey. There are several ways to complete the survey. You can return the completed survey in the envelope with your utility bill payment, return the survey to any City of Hastings building, complete it online using the QR code on the back or go to engage.cityofhastings.org/communications-project.
