Case Nos. 2025-185 & 2025-186 Cimarron Meadows 13th Addition

Engel Construction Co. has requested to annex a 0.5-acre, undeveloped tract of land into the City limits of Hastings. The request to annex the site is related to the proposed Final Plat of the Cimarron Meadows 13th Addition. This will be the next phase of the Cimarron Meadows development.

The proposed final plat will create two new residential lots.

A public hearing has been scheduled for the case on Tuesday, May 20 at 4:00 p.m. before the City of Hastings Planning Commission. The City of Hastings City Council will consider the case at a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12^th Street, Hastings, Nebraska 68901.

The application and materials related to the public hearing can be viewed at the Development Services Office, 3505 Yost Avenue during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
