The Comprehensive Plan was adopted!

Following a public hearing and discussion at the March 24, 2025, City Council meeting, the Council passed Resolution No. 2025-13, adopting the 2025 City of Hastings Comprehensive Plan.

Thank you to the Marvin Planning Consultants team, the community, City Council, Planning Commission, and staff members who provided input and guidance to the plan's creation! We are excited to use the policy statements and tools in the Plan to help guide growth in Hastings!
