Lincoln Park now has new playground equipment!!
A new playground was installed to replace the existing 1982 playground. The playground is a Landscape Structures brand designed for ages 5-12. It is just over 5,000 square feet in size.
Features include: 16’ tower with 12’ whooshwinder slide, 8’ double swoosh slide, lookout climber, corner climber, rung climber, and ring pull. Other features include a crab trap with many climbing features, saddle spinner, curva spinner, 4 seat seesaw, reviwheel spinner, and a swing set.
The playground was funded by ½ cent sales tax. Total cost is $199,980.60.
The playground opened in late February, 2024.
